1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "aaa39jl", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at aaa39jl.one, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided through the aaa39jl platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the aaa39jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's aaa39jl wallet, excluding any bonus funds maintained in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the primary transaction currency of aaa39jl.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the aaa39jl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the aaa39jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aaa39jl platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the aaa39jl platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. aaa39jl employs age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any player found to have provided false age information will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to applicable verification.

3.2 Jurisdiction

aaa39jl's services are made available to residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms of this nature is permitted under applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ascertain whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. aaa39jl accepts no liability for use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

3.3 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on aaa39jl: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of aaa39jl or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) individuals currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently excluded from the platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on aaa39jl. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. aaa39jl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, in cases of intentional abuse, to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. aaa39jl will rely on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaa39jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aaa39jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. aaa39jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aaa39jl is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

aaa39jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph (InstaPay), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to the account balance instantly or within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment information section. aaa39jl does not impose deposit fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by aaa39jl on a continuous 24-hour basis, including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawal to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days. A withdrawal request may be delayed if (a) the Player's KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied; or (c) the request is flagged for anti-money laundering review.

5.3 Currency

All account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion is not offered on the aaa39jl platform. Players outside the Philippines who access the platform are responsible for any foreign exchange conversion fees applied by their local financial institution.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

aaa39jl offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet and subject to a wagering requirement prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion details. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• aaa39jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to modification will not be disadvantaged.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, arbitrage betting, or coordinated gameplay to guarantee bonus completion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules

The rules governing individual games available on the aaa39jl platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and instant games — are determined by the game providers and are made available within each game interface. aaa39jl facilitates access to these games under licence from the relevant providers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that the game rules as displayed govern the outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server interruption, software error, or disconnection — aaa39jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a malfunction renders the outcome of a game undeterminable, affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa39jl platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) or its amendments;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities;
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their consent;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aaa39jl staff or other players through the platform's communication features;
• Any conduct designed to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion measures, or other responsible gaming controls.

aaa39jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit any balance in such account pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aaa39jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and page layouts — is the property of aaa39jl or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any aaa39jl content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

aaa39jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and aaa39jl's Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

aaa39jl does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact aaa39jl's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

aaa39jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where changes are required by regulatory instruction or applicable law, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
